Try restoring it through iTunes if you can. If it won’t, go to my computer and then right click on your iPod, click reformat and quick reformat.

It does scratch easliy, but all ipods do
it has up to 8 hrs of life
yeah its really easy to use
i havent put movies on mine yet

if you dont want it to scratch buy a cover for it when you buy it they dont cost that much.
